The bike is a 2013 Storm. Recently installed SLCharger's smooth tune and TOR short exhausts. The bike was running fantastic but I noticed a ton of throttle snatch at very low throttle openings. Plugged in Tune ECU and found the throttle position sensor out of spec. Followed Triumph instructions on removing the tank, injector rail, and shifter side throttle body to be able to get to the TPS and adjust it. Adjusted the TPS into spec by using Tune ECU in the TPS setting mode and moving the TPS until the voltage read .0601 which I was pretty pleased with.

Got the bike all back together, reversed my steps. The only electricals that were unplugged were the injectors, fuel tank level sensor, and fuel pump. I cleared all codes before starting. All I get is a "click from the solenoid" when starting. The battery is reading 13.4 volts and is on the trickle charger, and still no dice.

Any ideas on why this might be happening? For reference, the bike ran the day before, and this battery was replaced in Novemeber 2022.

Just to clarify the way to adjust the TPS correct, pls. read the below.

TuneEcu connected, being in TEST MODE.
Double click on Adjust ISCV, and now you adjust the TPS to 0.6 Volt.
Double click on ISCV again and now you adjust the stepper motor full stroke to 0.75 Volt. (no feeler gauge needed, only read value on computer )
Double click on ISCV again, and the ECU will calibrate the stepper motor movement. ( will end up with something like 0.62-0.68 V )
Reset calibration, and proceed with usual procedure for calibration from cold to fan running + 12 min.
The ECU will be testing various rpm, before settle on chosen idle rpm.

About your starter problem, difficult to say without being at the bike.

But.

When you turn the ignition key, do the headlight go on, and the fuel pump prime ?
If so, can you see the clutch switch light go on, on TuneEcu, diagnostic mode when you pull the clutch ?
Can you see the starter button green light turn on, when pressing ?
Does the starter relay green light go on as well?

I'm connected to TuneECU. It shows clutch switch green, starter relay green, main relay green, neutral switch green, the fuel pump relay is green status when turned on and primed. Malfunction light is yellow for some reason but there's no error codes.

Photo below shows while holding in clutch and starter button.

From memory, I believe the to remember that the fall detection light should be on as well, and that your yellow warning light is due to the missing signal. The ECU thinks the bike is down.

Try pull the connector from the fall detection, and search from there.

For future reference on TPS adjusting. I lengthened an open end spanner, may have ground it down a bit too around the C section, and I can loosen and tighten the screw holding the TPS. I adjust it by using a long flat blade screw driver. It's fiddly but way better than removing everything.

For your starting issue, go over everything carefully that you disconnected.

I guess he solved his problem, but sadly there is no reply.

I should have updated this earlier.

It turns out the battery was the issue for some reason. I ended up jumping the battery with my lawnmower and it fired right up. No issues since. Thanks for the help.
